Shipping policy
Here is a clean, minimalist, and intentionally vague shipping policy. It sets clear structural boundaries regarding your handling of transit times and carriers without locking your logistics infrastructure into specific, rigid deadlines.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within a standard window after payment authorization and verification. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and structural logistics factors. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping infrastructure, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Timelines
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination details provided.
-
Estimates Only: Any delivery windows provided at checkout or via tracking links are standard carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
-
Transit Variables: Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak seasonal volumes.
3. International Shipments & Customs Duties
For shipments traveling outside our primary fulfillment infrastructure, the customer acts as the importer of record.
-
Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
-
Responsibility: All additional customs clearance fees, broker charges, or local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their structural amount.
4. Transfer of Risk & Undeliverable Packages
-
Carrier Deliveries: Our liability for the physical custody of goods terminates immediately upon transfer of the package to our third-party logistics carriers.
-
Lost or Stolen Shipments: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery to the coordinates provided at checkout.
-
Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to re-route or re-ship the package will be billed to the customer.
